These General Conditions of Use and Contract apply to website users and to any operations and transactions, of a commercial or other nature, carried out through this website.

MVC reserves the right to change these General Conditions without prior notice, the user being subject to the terms in force on the date of consultation or use of the website.

The website, as well as all its content, is protected under the Intellectual Property Law, in particular by copyright and industrial property. Any use, reproduction or total or partial mention of its contents is totally prohibited, constituting a crime when carried out without the prior authorization of MVC.

The use of the website domain or links to it, for abusive purposes and without prior authorization, may be subject to recourse to the competent legal means by MVC. Online ordering

The completion of purchases through the website implies subsequent confirmation by MVC.

The products presented on the site are natural and therefore subject to color variation. The photographs shown on the products are indicative and MVC is not responsible for variations arising from the natural product.

Any online order is subject to the availability and quality of the items. In the event of unavailability, out of stock or unforeseen supply, MVC reserves the right to inform the user about the existence of alternative products or services, of equal or greater quality and value, subsequently making the appropriate adjustment to the final value. of the order in case of change. At the user’s request, the order may also be canceled in whole or in part, with the right to a refund of the amount paid by the same payment method.

After payment confirmation, you will receive an email confirming the order, accompanied by the order details. Failure to pay the order within the maximum period stipulated in this email implies its automatic cancellation.

After validation of payment, MVC will start preparing the goods. If the order is not paid at the time it is placed, MVC does not guarantee stock availability, which may change.

In the event that the information presented suffers from an error, the user has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under the applicable legal terms.

Order refusal

MVC will not be liable to the user or third parties for withdrawing any product or service published on the site or for changing or deleting any information about them. There may be exceptional circumstances that imply the refusal to process an online order, even after sending the order confirmation.

MVC reserves the right to refuse an order for several reasons, including:

• When the product is no longer available;
• In case of incorrect price of an article or service;
• When delivery or billing data is incomplete or incorrect;
• In case of suspected false or fraudulent order;

Payment options

MVC provides the user with the Bank Transfer payment method.

After confirming the order, via e-mail, you will receive the necessary information to be able to proceed with the payment of the order.

Delivery of the Order

Shipping costs for the order are borne by the buyer.

Goods can be loaded at MVC facilities at no extra cost.

Cancellation or return of online orders

The user may cancel the online order placed at store.mvc.pt at any time until delivery, with the right to a refund of the total amount paid.

Upon receipt of the order, pursuant to article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the user is entitled to cancel or return his purchase, without having to invoke any reason or any costs are charged.

MVC reserves the right not to accept returns that do not meet the following requirements:

• Product must be in the same condition in which it was purchased.
• Return is made at MVC facilities

Upon compliance with the aforementioned requirements, MVC will reimburse the user for all payments received. The refund of amounts paid by the user will occur within 14 days after MVC has received the ordered material. As long as the goods are not received, or the user does not provide proof of their return, MVC may withhold reimbursement of the sums spent by the user. Refunds will only be made after checking the condition of the goods.

The user must conserve the goods in order to be able to return them to MVC in proper conditions of use, with all their components. MVC reserves the right not to accept the return of items that show signs of misuse or that have been tampered with from their original state.

Applicable legislation

These General Terms and Conditions of Use are subject to Portuguese legislation in force at the time. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation will be submitted to the territorially competent Portuguese court.

If the user is located outside of Portugal, MVC informs that any legal proceedings must be referred to the Portuguese courts.
